Greetings, Fellow Hams!
The HF Radio Activity Group is seeking passionate, dedicated amateur radio operators to join our team as Moderators! As our community continues to grow, with over 100 stations active daily across four different HF bands, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our love for ham radio and are eager to help us foster a welcoming, engaging, and informative environment.
What Does a Moderator Do?
Moderators play a crucial role in our group by:
- Ensuring discussions remain respectful, on-topic, and in line with our group’s guidelines.
- Assisting new members with questions and helping them integrate into the community.
- Collaborating with other moderators and group administrators to develop strategies for group improvement.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re interested in hams who:
- Have a genuine passion for amateur radio and a commitment to the spirit of the hobby.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are proactive, reliable, and ready to contribute positively to the group.
- Have experience with HF operations and are willing to share their knowledge with others.
